Cherish Able Care is able to assist individuals with any aspects of daily living in order to retain independence within the comfort of their own home by undertaking duties such as Personal Care, Domiciliary Care and Dementia Support (Sitting Service).
Our Services are tailored to meet individual needs, whether you require one visit a week or three to four visits daily.
- Assisting service user getting out of and going to bed
- Dressing and Undressing
- Assisting with Personal Hygiene Bathing, Shower, Washing, Shaving and Oral Hygiene
- Toileting and Continence Requirements
- Meal Preparation Breakfast, Lunch and Supper
- Administer or prompt prescribed medication
- Shopping/Preparing Shopping List
- Collecting Prescriptions
- Pop-in Visit
- Dementia support, sitting services, taking to and collecting from day centre
- Reading correspondence and assisting in responding under clients instructions
- Watering indoor plants
- Light domestic chores including, hygienic cleaning, vacuuming, and dusting of accessible areas, cleaning surfaces, microwave ovens, fridges, cupboards but not where it involves heavy lifting, reaching into high areas or any other inaccessible areas.
- Laundry, hand-wash and ironing
- Washing up/putting out bins
